How to refund an item?

Please read our Refund and Exchange policies before processing your refund/exchange request.

When should you refund any product?

You may request a refund request in the acceptable conditions after 7 days of receiving your item. We DO NOT accept any refund after the grace period of 07 days offered by Sadarexpress.

Change of mind is not accepted

We DONOT accept change of mind in case you are not having any accepted reason to return a product.

How to process a refund request?

Arrange to pack your item in the original packaging and send us on below mentioned addess:

**Please wait 07 days (Business days) after processing your refund request, you will be informaed via email about the approval/disapproval of your requested on basis of the term mentioned by you.

We DONOT charge any shipping charges for Exchange or refund except customer handling the first refund from thier end.

What is the process after approval of return request?

Your ordered amount will be refund to your Wallet once your refund request is approved. In case of exchange you may place your order and add your remaining wallet balance at the time of checkout.

What if I refund product on basis of “Change of Mind”

We strongly recommend our customer to please read our articles and terms regarding the acceptable reason for refund requests. Hence if any customer return an item on basis of change of mind. a penalty would be issued to customer buy paying a shipping charges for returning the same product by the actual address.
